If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can exchange or return it within 14days of your order date. Please contact us on info@onegoldenbone.com with your order# and email used to place the order to begin the return process.
To be eligible for a return these are the following conditions:
· Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with OneGoldenBone tags attached. We ask to return it in it’s original packaging. OneGoldenBone.com reserves the right not to refund item(s)that are not returned in a re-saleable condition.
· Shipping fees are non-refundable and buyers responsible for the cost of shipping returned merchandise.
· Refunds/ Exchanges are not available for custom made items.
· Refunds will be issued back to in the original form of payment within five business days.
· In case of exchange customer might be responsible for additional shipping cost.
· We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is our error ( damaged / defective item/ wrong item etc)
· We offer exchanges in non-sale priced merchandise. Although we do ask you measure your dog carefully and use our size guides to avoid the need to exchange.
